Peer Advisors provide campus-wide outreach, promote advising services, and build relationships with undergraduate Teacher Education students served by the College of Education Advising and Teacher Success (CATS) Office. Peer Advisors prepare students to make informed decisions about their academic, career, and college experience. They assist students in applying for the Teacher Education program, navigating the registration system and tools, understanding general education and major requirements, and connecting students to campus resources.
Our office hours are 8:30am - 4:00pm, so please only apply if you have availability during those times. With our current student employees, we are specifically looking for coverage Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons.
Applicants must be work study eligible and a teaching major is preferred.
