Social Content Creator
Position Overview
Do you spend way too much time on social media? Always have an idea for a Reel? Love creating content that makes people stop scrolling?
We're looking for creative, reliable students to help showcase life at UNI through authentic, engaging social media content. As a part of Social. you'll gather and create content that connects with current and future students while bringing fresh ideas and trends to the university's main social media channels.
Responsibilities
Capture and create a variety of content, including:
- Trending reels
- Memes
- Campus event coverage
- Day-in-the-life content
- Instagram carousels
- Funny skits and street interviews
- Student experiences
Stay up to date on social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
Represent the university in a positive and authentic way across all content, including on personal accounts.
Meet deadlines and communicate regularly with the social media team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at the UNI.
- Active user of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Comfortable creating content behind the scenes and being on camera.
- Creative, dependable and willing to try new ideas.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Open mind to feedback and revisions.
- Basic video and graphic design skills.
