Setup Crew (Tuesday/Thursday), Event Services, Maucker Union
The Setup Crew is responsible for all room setups and teardowns as assigned by the Event Coordinator. The employee will be required to coordinate work assignments with the Building Manager on duty and to have a mature attitude regarding the job, as well as being able to work in a situation that requires flexibility.
Setup Crew (Tuesday/Thursday Crew) works every Tuesday/Thursday at 3:00pm, evenings as needed and every other weekend (Friday-Sunday) as needed.
Tuesday/Thursday Crew 3:00 pm – completion of tasks. Night hours vary due to events.
Friday-Sunday 3:00 pm Friday – completion of tasks. Weekend hours vary due to events. (every other weekend).
