Stagehand

Assist in the set up and strike of classes, ensembles, rehearsals and performances in the school of Music at the University of Northern Iowa. 

Job is nights and weekends.

Must have flexible schedule. Start times are always definitive but end times are depending on the concert, event or show end. 

Must be a self starter and reliable.

Able to lift 20 lbs. Ability to take instruction and learn on the job.

Involves moving music chairs and stands around into different configurations. Also moving of musical instruments.

Stagehands assist with the run of the concert and striking the set up after concert is over and setting for classes the next day

Pay starts at $11 pr. hr.
