Office Assistant (DC)

OFFICE ASSISTANT

This job is approximately 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week during extended breaks (such as summer and winter break). Preference will be given to a student studying Construction Management, Interior Design, or with experience in the construction industry.
 
Job Duties:
-Organize archive records (paper copies of drawings and other documentation relating to architectural projects)
-Relocate documents
-Scan archive records
 
Skills preferred:
-Ability to imagine and effect innovation
-Attention to detail
-Resourceful
-Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
-Self starter
-Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Pro
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
-Autocad skills (preferred but not required)
