Panther Engagement Center (PEC) Representative
Description:
Panther Engagement Center Representatives play a pivotal role in fostering connections between donors and students. As a representative, you will be responsible for contacting alumni and friends to verify contact information, update records, and engage in fundraising efforts. In addition, you will engage in meaningful conversations with alumni and supporters, providing them with updates about campus initiatives and inviting them to events.
Salary/Benefits:
- $12.50 per hour
- 8 hours per week
- Sunday: 12:00-4:00
- Monday - Thursday: 4:30-8:30
- Friday: 1:00-5:00

Skills Preferred:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with individuals
- Comfortable with making donation requests and handling objections in a professional manner
- Enthusiasm for the mission and goals of UNI
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Previous experience in customer service, fundraising or call center environment
- Available to work Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday is preferred

- Suitable for all majors and areas of career interest
