Student Marketing Cloud Support Specialist
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Gain practical experience in marketing cloud management utilizing Salesforce. Work closely with a supportive team to build, manage, and troubleshoot marketing cloud templates and data extensions to support cross-campus faculty and staff needing to use marketing cloud.

45% 1. Collaborate with the marketing cloud team to configure, set up, and manage new marketing cloud email efforts within the Salesforce platform. Adheres to departmental standards, policies, and procedures in the development process.
25% 2. During periods of lower marketing cloud activity, help the rest of the department by learning custom developed systems and developing online documentation to help campus users know how to use them.
20% 3. Provide technical support to campus faculty and staff, addressing inquiries related to marketing cloud setup, registration, and reporting processes. Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues related to Salesforce marketing cloud functionality.
20% 4. Assist in the creation of training materials and resources to educate campus stakeholders on best practices for utilizing Salesforce marketing cloud features.
