Panther Engagement Center (PEC) Caller

Description:

Panther Engagement Center (PEC) caller plays an important role in creating connections between UNI donors and students. As a PEC caller, you will be responsible for calling alumni and friends to update contact information and ask for donations to the UNI Foundation. In addition, you will engage in meaningful conversations with alumni and supporters, providing them with campus updates and inviting them to events.

Salary/Benefits:

  • $12.50 per hour
  • 8 hours per week
    • Sunday: 12:00-4:00
    • Monday - Thursday: 2:30-8:30
    • Friday: 9:00-1:00

Skills Preferred:

  • Comfortable with asking for donations and handling objections in a professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
  • Previous experience in customer service, fundraising, or call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Enthusiasm for the mission and goals of UNI
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team

Requirements:

  • Must be a current UNI student
  • Suitable for all majors and areas of career interest
