Stewardship & Events Student Assistant

• Prepare materials for on campus and off campus events
• Assist staff with donor recognition items for donor visits
• Enter and retrieve stewardship information in donor and alumni database
• Set up event equipment and displays
• Serve as a student host and represent UNI students during event
• Staff event registration tables
• Run office errands
• Attend all scheduled events
• Create personalized videos and make phone calls to alumni and donors for stewardship initiatives
• Assist with texting and handwritten letter campaigns
• Update stewardship event metrics
• Other duties as assigned
